Cianelli Construction was founded in Harford County, Maryland in 1989 by the Cianelli family — and it's still family-owned and operated today. We started with a single barge and a commitment to doing the job right, and that hasn't changed.
Over the decades, we've constructed piers, docks, bulkheads, and marine structures across the Mid-Atlantic . We know these waters. We know the tides, the regulations, and the conditions that make waterfront construction different from anything else.
